Can products be picked up or are they only delivered?
Only products sold directly by Bercail can be picked up at: Familiprix Duberger at 2300 Père-Lelièvre, Quebec City. They can be delivered anywhere, subject to delivery fees.***Items from FEATURED COLLABORATORS are for delivery only.***
Can we see the products somewhere?
Currently, products are only available for online sale. We are working on "pop-up" style projects where it will be possible for you to see them. Follow us on social media to stay updated.
How do you select your products?
Most of our products come from personal favorites, encounters, and discoveries during travels. Others are products from artisans or companies in Quebec and Canada. The goal is to help you discover unique products from here and elsewhere that will brighten your daily life and take you on a journey around the world.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy for all our products. Items must be in good condition, unworn, and with their original tags. For decorative items, they must be returned in their original packaging. Contact us at boutique@bercailchicdeco.com to initiate a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For orders in Quebec, expect generally 3 to 5 business days. For the rest of Canada, 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Delays may be longer during periods of high demand.
